Photography & Media Services Policy
Scope of Services
Photography and media services may vary based on each client’s specific needs. Standard delivery time for completed projects is 30 days from the date of the shoot or from receipt of all required materials. Expedited delivery may be available at the sole discretion of Aurora Media Group and may incur additional fees.

Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the scope of work, project requirements, and client location.
Our standard rate is $80 per hour, which does not include setup time or transportation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Deposits & Project Initiation
To confirm a booking, a 50%–100% deposit is required before any work begins. This deposit secures your project, reserves production time, and ensures a member of our team is actively assigned to your work.
No client work will begin until the required deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations Before Work Begins
Clients are entitled to a full refund if a project is canceled before any work has started and before any project-related expenses have been incurred.
Projects in Progress
Once a project has started, partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of completion. Work may include, but is not limited to:

Pre-production planning

Equipment rentals or purchases
-
Scheduling or reserving production days

On-site attendance or shoot execution

Editing and post-production
If work has begun but the project is still in early stages, clients may be eligible for up to a 70% refund of the deposit, at the discretion of Aurora Media Group.
Substantial Completion (80% or More)
If 80% or more of the project has been completed—such as attending the shoot, reserving the day, or completing the majority of post-production—the deposit becomes non-refundable.
In these cases, the client may receive any unfinished materials completed up to that point.
Please note: unfinished materials do not reflect the quality or standards of Aurora Media Group’s final work.
Revisions & Final Payment
We strive to deliver high-quality work aligned with the client’s vision. Each project includes up to two reasonable revisions.
If the client is dissatisfied with the final deliverable, they may request a 25% refund of the total project cost. If this refund is issued:

The client forfeits all rights to the final product and any working files

The client may not use, publish, distribute, or display any version of the work on any platform
Final Product & Usage Rights
Once Aurora Media Group has met the agreed-upon project requirements and the client has approved the final product, the client is free to download, use, and distribute the final deliverable across any digital or media platform.
Aurora Media Group retains the right to use the final product for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

Website and social media

Portfolios and presentations
-
Brochures, banners, and client meetings
Conduct & Discrimination Policy
Aurora Media Group maintains a respectful and professional work environment. Any form of abusive, discriminatory, or blatantly rude behavior toward our staff may result in the immediate termination of services. Any refunds in such cases will be issued at the sole discretion of Aurora Media Group.
